I will support you with the integration of this principle into your everyday life, beyond training and movement. How we do this is by seeding habits, and using gradual increase over time to grow them. Applying this practice is vital to our self care, and for shifting out of weight loss and into strength as our identity for life.

I've developed this program for you because I believe that to have a lifelong, sustaining, strength training practice we must go beyond just the physical. We have to go deeper. We have to get personal. Strength starts with the heart.

Ok that all sounds great but what's included in Seeding Strength?

  • A Strength Training program designed for at home or the gym.

    You will receive a 3 or 4 day per week training block and will have access to both. These training blocks are designed to seed and grow strength - meaning they are foundational and will also have plenty of room for growth or adaptation.

  • The How and Why Training Guide.

    This guide, including short form videos, covers how you do a specific movement and why we do them. Feeling confused during training? This helpful guide has got you covered.

  • 8 weekly one hour LIVE group Zoom collectives.

    During the first 5 weeks together, we will go over each of the foundational Seeding Strength Principles: training, strength aligned nutrition, recovery and stepping out of weight loss and into strength as our identity in a safe, thoughtful, and playful environment. The last 4 weeks will consist of live movement training. There will be time for Q & A and sharing each week. These calls will be recorded and you will have access to them forever.

  • The Seeding Strength Online Thinkific forum

    This will be a totally new way to connect with each other and me free from social media and targeted ads aimed at sucking up your precious time, energy and money.
